What started as a growing streetwear brand, turned into something more-
Based in Baltimore, MD, our network of print and digital brands is specifically dedicated to bringing a cultural haven that educates, informs, and inspires, our Y, Z, and future generations in the most innovative ways. With true to form curated experiences, through what they see, read, and listen to daily, we can curate fun original content, hand-picked interactive projects, and exciting series style stories. We set these high standards to continuously indulge our rising creatives, start-up makers, crowdfunding hustlers, and lovers of all things culture.
By collaborating with and helping to develop upcoming creators, we can uncover issues and stories that matter through a different open-minded approach. In doing so, many of our alumni have gone on to contribute or work for some of your favorite top culture sites and blogs.
We currently consist of four brands: the flagship rising culture, streetwear, influencers, and pioneer know-how property Uoftaste. Everyday short stories from HBCU students and alumnus HBCU Voices. Exclusive hand-picked content from music to playlists by cultural insiders, artists, and diverse producers via Synthtloop. Lastly, our upcoming sports storytelling culture site of the college, minors, and pros. Coming February 2021, from the rookies to the legends of men and women’s sports Leaguistics.
With UofTaste Films, we will be focusing on developing short-film, docu-series’, and digital tv show web series’. These specific subjects help us better focus on the changing landscape of content of what the Y, Z, and the future audience truly want to see on their tv, phones, or tablets.

Meet The Abstract Society. Our Creative Development Lab
The Abstract Society is now home to all of our creative brand development and management projects. Our focus is to not only help our own brands in house, but to help other brands via streetwear, podcasters, start-ups, and creatives with over seven years of experience in the process.
Through our Abstract Events division, we will tap into new endeavors through personal multi-genre music experiences, insightful tastemaker panels, tasty socials, pop-up shops, and other experimental projects for our UofTaste Digital brands with collaborative efforts with major festivals or conference-style events.
